Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

Membership at The Bunker provides privileged access to an exclusive, private golf simulation and lounge environment, premium amenities, and curated services, subject to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). All memberships are revocable licenses and do not constitute ownership or property rights.

2. Membership Categories

a. Standard Membership

Provides individual access to simulator facilities in accordance with the selected plan and booking rules.

b. VIP Membership

VIP Membership provides enhanced privileges, which may include:

  • Priority booking access
  • Extended booking windows
  • Complimentary or discounted guest passes
  • Access to VIP-only events, lounges, or time blocks
  • Dedicated concierge or service support (where applicable)

VIP benefits are subject to availability and may be amended at the Facility’s discretion.

c. Corporate Membership

Corporate Memberships are issued to a business entity and may include:

  • Shared access among designated employees or clients
  • Use of simulators for meetings, client entertainment, or corporate events
  • Branding or hosted-event privileges (if contracted)

Corporate Members must:

  • Designate an authorized account holder
  • Ensure all guests and users comply with these Terms
  • Accept full responsibility for conduct, damages, and charges incurred

Corporate Memberships are non-transferable outside the approved organization.

3. Eligibility & Admission

  • Membership is available to individuals aged 18+ (or 21+, where applicable).
  • The Bunker reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend, or terminate membership.
  • Memberships are personal (except Corporate) and may not be shared or resold.

4. Membership Fees, Billing & Changes

  • Fees are payable monthly or annually in advance.
  • All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law.
  • Pricing and benefits may be modified with 30 days’ notice.
  • Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of access.

5. Booking Privileges & Fair Use

  • Sessions must be reserved through the official booking system.
  • Members should arrive 10 minutes prior to booking.
  • Late arrival does not extend session time.
  • Maximum occupancy per bay is 6.
  • Booking abuse, no-shows, or excessive cancellations may result in penalties.

6. Guests

  • Guest access is permitted only when included in the Member’s plan.
  • Guests must remain accompanied by the Member.
  • Members are responsible for guest conduct and damages.

7. Dress Code & Conduct

  • Clean, smart-casual or golf-appropriate attire required.
  • Clean, non-marking footwear only.
  • Respectful and professional behavior is expected.

Improper behavior may result in immediate removal and possible termination of membership.

8. Lounge & Social Areas

  • Respectful social use only.
  • No excessive noise or disruptive behavior.
  • Access may be restricted during events or peak times.
  • Children permitted only when allowed and must be supervised.

9. Alcohol Service & Consumption

  • Alcohol served in accordance with licensing laws.
  • Service is at staff discretion.
  • Outside alcohol is prohibited.
  • Unsafe simulator use after drinking is prohibited.

Members are encouraged to arrange safe transportation.

10. Equipment & Property Care

  • Members are responsible for damage due to misuse or negligence.
  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged.

11. Coaching & Commercial Activity

  • Only Facility-approved instructors may provide coaching.
  • Unauthorized commercial activity is prohibited.

12. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

  • Golf simulation involves physical activity and inherent risks.
  • Participation is voluntary and at the Member’s own risk.
  • Members must follow all safety instructions.

13. Liability & Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bunker shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Suspension & Termination

  • Non-payment
  • Breach of Terms
  • Unsafe or inappropriate behavior
  • Damage to Facility or reputation

15. Privacy, Media & CCTV

  • Personal data handled according to privacy laws.
  • CCTV is used for safety and security.
  • Marketing photography/video may be captured; opt-out available.

16. Amendments

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas.

18. Acceptance

By purchasing or using a membership, the Member agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
